Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, parties are prohibited from in person appearances at the Bankruptcy Court and therefore all 341 hearings shall be conducted telephonically until further notice.

When in person 341 Meeting of Creditors are resumed you must have with you a government issued proof of identification and proof of your social security number. Failure to have these documents will prevent us from completing your examination and your case could be dismissed as a result.
You must also provide our office with copies of your most recently filed Federal and State tax returns 7 days prior to your hearing.
We do not accept Chapter 13 plan payments at our office.
