For Debtors to participate in the 341 Meeting of Creditors, you must provide your attorney with your social security card and driver’s license to participate in the meeting at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled meeting date.

Bankruptcy Courts website www.ohnb.uscourts.gov/memoranda-tnap. For details to appear via Zoom a request must be emailed to PattonZoom_Registration@ohnb.uscourts.gov to register and receive the link.

You must also provide our office with copies of your most recent filed Federal and State
tax returns 14 days prior to the hearing.

We do not accept Chapter 13 plan payments at our office.
